CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) – An engaged woman in a strapless wedding gown surprised her future husband at Corpus Christi International Airport and they got married.

Robyn Moore and William Acosta of Toledo, Ohio, exchanged vows Monday after he got off a plane.

Acosta, who says he was speechless but thrilled, wore a sweater and jeans for the ceremony done by a justice of the peace provided by Moore.

Moore says she and Acosta “spent half our relationship in airports.” Wedding photos were taken near a Christmas tree at a security checkpoint.

The couple last week got a marriage license and planned to tie the knot this month, at a site to be determined.

Moore and Acosta met in Dallas in 2008, where she lived and he was on a business trip. They plan to reside in Toledo.
